RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
- We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact support@shreeveraijewellers.com if you wish to return or exchange a product.
- All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support@shreeveraijewellers.com for assistance.
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. HOW TO CANCLE YOUR ORDER
- If you want to cancel the purchased item, you can cancel your order by informing us on our email ID
support@shreeveraijewellers.com or contact number : 70168 56403 within 2 to 3 hours after placing the order.
- After placing your order we will call you to confirm.
REFUND
- Refund will be provided in the form of store credit or exchange of the product.
- If you want a credit, you will have to pay the return product shipping charge And you will have to pay the delivery charge for the exchange as well
- Based on the inspection of the returned item, you will be notified on the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your product is approved, you will be offered either a store credit for 1 year or your product will be exchanged within 5 days.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
silentmary reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the silentmary website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is not available / in stock.
- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.
- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.
- We are unable to deliver to the provided address.
- In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
- Bonafide customers will receive any other available product, or store credit, or a refund in this case.
RETURNS
- Our return policy lasts for 7 days after your purchase/delivery. Any kind of return or exchange won’t be considered after this time frame.
- To be eligible for a return, your item should be in original packing, unused and in the same condition that you received in.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to approve your return.
ON-SALE PURCHASE
- Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
DATA CHECK
- Here at silentmary we take fraud and security very seriously therefore we may run multiple checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation and reported.
SHIPPING POLICIES
- At silentmary our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
- All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DAMAGED GOODS
- For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
